Job Description:

  • Front end SAP support for projects as SAP Specialist (Superuser)
  • First Level Contact for SAP Project Structure (WBS) creation and budgeting
    • Project Builder, Project Opening and Closing
    • Budget Entries
    • Network creation, completion, project status
    • Time writing Entries
  • Execute & Support Standard Project Reporting
    • Run SAP Downloads and load to reporting tools
    • Carry Out data reconciliation
  • The Person Should be able to implement continuous improvements and automation (VBA, SAP scripting) to increase the efficiency of the overall process
  • Experience Required: 1-2 years
  • Job Profile: Graduate Engineer Trainee
  • Degree Required: BE/B.Tech- CSE,IT,ECE
  • Work Location: Chennai, India
  • Qualification: 60% or 6.5 GPA and above

Skills Required

  • Skill Level of Data Entries; Speed & Accuracy
  • Skill level in R/3 SAP Project Module, Superuser
  • Skill level Project Builder, Project Opening and Closing, Budget Entries, Timewriting Entries, Network creation, completion, project status
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Refinery or Chemical plant as SAP Project Specialist
  • Skill level English language (comfortable with using German wording, headers)
  • Skill of SAP/Excel data entry automation would be an advantage; Knowledge required
  • Scope ca. 100 new project/ year. Project Portfolio: 400 open projects
  • TAO is responsible for training new hires to the standard that they deliver the quality of work required.  SDO can assist with providing the data on pre-defined templates.
  • Mindset: Technical, Problem Solving, Target oriented
  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills
  • Team player and self-motivated.
  • Advance skill level in MS Excel.
  • Fully versed with MS Office suite of software (Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
