By accessing RiFinder services, including Chhavi, Sarvatraa, and Vani.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

RiFinder operates an ecosystem that includes Sarvatraa for private personal life management, Chhavi for photography discovery, Chhavi Studio for photographer business workflows, and Vani.ai as a shared intelligence layer.

You are responsible for account credentials and account activity. Provide accurate profile data and maintain account integrity.

RiFinder trademarks, product surfaces, AI workflows, and associated design systems are protected intellectual property and may not be reused without written consent.

You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant RiFinder a limited license to process, display, and organize that content solely to provide product functionality.

Vani.ai features are designed for workflow assistance across photos, documents, personal records, and studio operations. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before action in creative, financial, medical, legal, or operational contexts.

No unlawful use, no unauthorized system access, no malicious input patterns, and no attempts to reverse engineer proprietary model behavior.

Use of this service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Data handling terms there are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Beta features are delivered as-is and may change or be discontinued. By using beta features you accept this volatility.

RiFinder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes fall under competent courts in India.

We may revise Terms to reflect product changes. Continued usage after revisions constitutes acceptance.
